Disability and the MDGs
This site looks at the issues of including disability in plans for tackling poverty and the Millenium Development Goals (MDGs).It looks at the achievements and steps forward in making sure disabled people benefit from plans to meet the MDGs.
It is part of the International Disability and Development Consortium (IDDC) to promote inclusive development internationally, with a special focus on promoting the full and effective enjoyment of human rights by all disabled people living in economically poor communities in lower and middle-income countries.
