Community-based project evaluation guide
This guide takes readers through a process that will help evaluate community-based programs discussing links between theory and research base, program goals and objectives, measures, variables, and program implementation. An evaluation team consisting of community site coordinators, staff, project directors, evaluators, and other stakeholders can use this guide to evaluate community-based projects. Each member of the team is deemed critical to the evaluation effort as each brings an important perspective, knowledge and expertise. As a result of this collaborative effort, it is expected that communities will develop a greater understanding of the total evaluation process.
