Since 1989, Cross Cultural Consultants (CCC) has been working to develop the cross cultural capacity of individuals and groups to achieve development goals.CCC provide specialist cross cultural training, mentoring, facilitation, consultancy and mediation services, including:
· Design and delivery of participatory training programs
· Development of learning tools
· Evaluation and assessment activities including social and cultural impact assessments
· Program design services including community engagement frameworks and workforce development strategies
· Community Engagement activities to enable effective service delivery including market research and consultations
Our activities extend across sectors - from gender and development, governance, health, education, infrastructure, rural development and environment, to more specialised areas such as sport and recreation, arts and culture and natural resource management.
CCC's clients work in international development settings, with Indigenous communities and culturally and linguistically diverse Australia and include: Federal, state and local government agencies; Non-Government Organisations; Private sector including Australian Managing Contractors, resource industry companies and project management and engineering firms involved in social infrastructure programs.
Recent project work includes:
· Pre-departure briefing and capacity building for Government and Civil Sector partners in Pacific nations that are involved in the Pacific Seasonal Worker's Pilot Scheme (AusAID)
· Working Well Overseas training for Whole of Government deployees (Coffey International Development)
· CCC is currently an active member on the Australian Public Service Commission's Leadership, Learning and Development Panel and the Indigenous Employment Panel (DEEWR).
